Leadership

The Leading Edge is a continuing learning experience for all ministers. The study is a seminar-type experience with a presentation on aspects of servant leadership and a time of sharing by the participants.

Our next session of The Leading Edge will be Monday, May 21, 2012 at 10:00 am. We will meet in the assembly room at LRBA.

The May session will be led by Richard Adams, who is a certified specialist on Strength Finders. This study will reveal the areas of ministry where your strengths lie, which will enable you to major on the things you do well and recruit others to strengthen your church's ministry by applying their strengths in areas where you are not as strong.

If you haven't requested a Strength Finders book for our May session, please contact Christina today (635-2601 or christina@lrba.org).

The cost of the book is $18.00. The purchase of this book will also give the buyer an opportunity to go online and take the Gallop Strength Finders Profile. Gallop will send the results to the KBC Leadership Department. They will print your profile and interpret it on May 21, 2012, during our monthly meeting at the Long Run Baptist Association's office.
